Angela Yeh is a talent strategist, public speaker, industry expert on career transformation, and corporate educator with a laser focus on design talent innovation & recruitment. She began her career in behavioral psychology, eventually gravitating towards design management after studying Masters in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute.

With decades of executive career coaching and recruitment experience, Angela founded Yeh IDeology, a talent strategy and career coaching consulting firm, that helps employers nurture, cultivate and evolve the best talent teams and helps creative professionals  to unearth their best career options. 

Prior to Yeh IDeology, Angela was a design recruiter and manager for 10 years. She holds a BA in psychology from the University of Bridgeport, and developed her own industrial design acumen at Pratt Institute’s Master’s program. She also taught career strategies at Parsons The New School for Design, and has lectured at numerous design and innovation conferences and universities throughout the country.

Angela has helped hundreds of business and professionals grow and sustain a successful path.   Most people and business have incredible unique abilities to make impact to the world. Yet today are too many elements to refine that. Angela’s entire career has specialized in ethnographic research on how refining talent converts a passion from a hobby into a lucrative successful profession.
