In 2015, Yeh IDeology launched Talent Strategies services to help employers develop internal talent management capabilities. Throughout Angela’s 25+ years of specializing in recruitment, she’s developed a proprietary methodology for designing and assessing Talent Strategies for both creative professionals and employers. Yeh IDeology has guided thousands of individuals facing countless situations and roadblocks in shaping a strategic career path in this evolving economy. We have had the opportunity to collaborate and help individuals at all levels of their career, from recent graduates and self employed professionals to senior executives and small business owners, build highly successful careers.
For over 20 years Angela has been working and speaking in the design recruitment space. She taught career strategies at Parsons The New School for Design and has lectured at numerous engagements, including: IDSA National and District Conferences & Webinars, Design Management Institute Annual Conferences, Lextant Design Forty Webinars, and numerous universities. She chaired the NYC chapter of the IDSA 2004-2005 and sat on the IDSA Board of Directors as the Northeast District Vice President. Angela holds a BA in psychology from the University of Bridgeport, and honed her keen eye for design at Pratt Institute’s Masters program in Industrial Design.
