What is recruiting, and what do recruiters do? We are not a job placement agency—rather, our clients are companies with specific positions they need to fill. Our goal is to find candidates who will be assets to our clients’ teams, while at the same time we strive to make sure candidates are matched with positions that will be strong next steps in their careers.
Yeh IDeology receives many applications in a day, and responding to each one immediately is impractical. However, we whole-heartedly believe that connecting with talented people is a wise investment in the future, and so we make every effort to establish contact with as many applicants as possible. We maintain a database of candidates whom we may place months or even years after the initial contact.
If you are interested in applying to be one of our candidates, it is very helpful if we have a complete picture of who you are. Please send:
- A current, well-written resume.
- Clear samples of your work, showing the full range of your capabilities.
We prefer a web link to your samples, but if you don’t have a web page, you can attach the samples to your email; Please make sure your total email message with all attachments combined is under 3MB. Acceptable formats are jpeg, tiff, Powerpoint, Word, and pdf. The server will reject any attachments whose total size is larger than 3MB.
- A short statement describing your career interests, the types of positions you’re seeking, and why you’re seeking them.
- Your availability for relocation.
- Your approximate current salary, and the salary range you’d be open to in your next job.
- If you are an international applicant, please let us know what your visa status is and if you have work authorizations for the U.S.
