Our Approach

Angela Yeh founded Yeh IDeology with a personal vision of what makes design placements really work. At Yeh ID, we make a point of getting to know both clients and candidates as unique individuals with particular strengths and talents. We are as thoughtful about our placements as a matchmaker: we don’t just try to “fill the seat,” we strive to make a match in which our client company gains a real asset to its team, and the candidate makes a rewarding next step in a successful career. The results? The majority of Angela’s placements, valuing their positions as satisfying and challenging experiences, choose to stay at their companies for several years. And, as every manager knows, a talented employee with commitment and longevity is invaluable to a winning team.
