Yeh IDeology is a young, progressive firm specializing in Design Recruitment. We work with consultancies and corporations across the globe, including Smart Design, Bose, Frog Design, Movado, Continuum and Farm Design, to name a few. As our team grows, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with an understanding of the design industry and passion for the people in it.

We now are looking for an Account Manager/Researcher to join our growing firm where he /she will get a great overview of the industry. There will be lots of opportunity for growth for a person who shows ability and commitment. The Account Manager/Researcher will be responsible for day to day management of searches, client communication, management of candidates through all aspects of the interview process, management of candidate and client database and posting positions.

Responsibilities will include:
-Researching promising candidates (with bonuses for successful placements).
-Reviewing and evaluating candidate applications.
-Writing and posting job descriptions.
-Managing an extensive database of firms and candidates.

-Account Management.

Specific Skills

*Resourcefulness in researching via the internet, publications and social networking
*Strong organizational skills
*Solid writing ability, including impeccable grammar
*Excellent verbal communication skills
*4 year’s college degree
*Attention to detail
*Computer-literate (preferably on Mac)
